Clinica Casillas is a dental clinic situated in the center of the city of Madrid, and has been realizing high standard dental treatments since 1969, first under the supervision of Dr. Pedro Casillas Sánchez, and nowadays under the management of Dr. Pedro Casillas Ascanio who is the present director of the clinic. The center is specialized in adult dentistry, focused on esthetics and oral implantology.
The team is highly qualified and specialized, and the clinic has incorporated the latest technology in radiology, teeth whitening, and dental equipments.
In Oral implantology we are specialized in minimal invasive surgeries, computer guided surgery, and inmediate loading of the implants with provisional crowns, placed in the first 24 hours after implant placement.
DR. PEDRO CASILLAS ASCANIO
• Postgraduate in Implant Dentistry by New York University. • Faculty member in the Implant Postgraduate Program at the Universidad Europea de Madrid. • Active member of the American Academy of Osseointegration since 1997.
Dr. Casillas graduated in General Dentistry in 1994. Between 1994 and 1996 did a specialty program in oral surgery at the University Hospital Virgen de la Arrixaca in Murcia, Spain. Between 1996 and 1998 completed a two year program in Implant Dentistry at the University of New York, New York, USA.Since 1998 practises in Clinica Casillas.
He was associate faculty at the New York University between 1994-1996. From 1996 to 2003 he was also faculty in the department of Prosthetic Dentistry at the Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio in Madrid. At this same University from 2003 to 2007, Dr. Casillas was the Chairman of the Implant Dentistry postgraduate program.
Nowadays Dr. Casillas is part time faculty in the Implant Postgraduate Program at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, and the director of Clinica Casillas. He has participated in several courses as speaker and has published several scientific articles concerning implant dentistry.
